Brokk will showcase new innovations on Bauma.

Brokk, the world's leading manufacturer of remote-controlled demolition robots, will launch three new products and show other innovations at Bauma 2022 in Munich, Germany. The new products include Brokk saw (BGS 15), Brokk surface grinder (BSG 530) and My Brokk, which is an online portal that combines various services including Brokk Connect, document library and online shop into one resource. The manufacturer's latest and most powerful demolition robot BROKK 900 and the popular atomized water mist dust suppression system will also be exhibited.

The new My Brokk portal combines fleet management functions, document library and parts and accessories ordering into one resource. Through this portal, users can access Brokk Connect to monitor and manage their machines. It also includes a library containing equipment manuals, technical data, CE signs and charts, and an online store, which allows users to visit, view and order a full range of original Brokk spare parts and accessories online, such as rubber tracks and hydraulic hammers. The new portal simplifies the process for customers to manage and maintain their Brokk robots, and prolongs the normal running time.

Brokk surface grinder 530 (BSG 530) provides a remote control method, which can safely and effectively strip gypsum, contaminated materials, tile adhesive and paint from walls, ceilings and floors. BSG 530 is suitable for Brokk 170, Brokk 200 and Brokk 300. By continuous contact and high pressure on the surface, the material can be removed more evenly and consistently in a large area, which cannot be achieved by hand-held grinding tools. Brokk surface grinder is particularly useful in handling dangerous materials (such as asbestos), in which the safety of operators is the key. The accessory can also be used for surface treatment and polishing by adding different tools.

Brokk grab saw 15 (BGS 15) is a combination of two accessories-grab and cold cutting saw. It can cut metal pipes with a diameter of about 200 mm (7.87 inches) and grab and sort materials without changing accessories. BGS 15 is compatible with Brokk 110, Brokk 170 and Brokk 200, and can cut fixed materials and loose wastes without causing sparks that pose a fire risk. Brokk robot paired with this accessory can provide compact power for large-scale cutting tasks in narrow space.

Brokk will also show its unique dust suppression system, namely atomized water mist. The system has excellent dust suppression function and is an ideal solution to combat harmful silica dust. Compared with other methods, water mist requires less water, only 0.2 liters per minute (6.76 ounces per minute). This means not only less water consumption, but also cleaner workplace and less waste.

Finally, Bauma will mark the first exhibition of Brokk 900. Brokk 900, launched in 2021, is the most powerful demolition robot in the world. Its output is 25% higher than its predecessor, and its coverage and performance are the same in the same compact package.
