SKELLEFTEA, Sweden. (October 18th, 2022)-Brokk, the world's leading manufacturer of remote-controlled demolition robots, announced the launch of My Brokk, a comprehensive online support platform that can provide multiple services in a single resource. My Brokk portal provides two new online services-a library of manuals and other technical documents and an online shop for ordering parts and accessories-and access to Brokk Connect and Brokk's robot and fleet management system. The new portal makes it easier for Brokk customers to access basic services at any time, any device or location than ever before.
Brokk will give a demonstration of My Brokk at Bauma in Munich, Germany from October 24th to 30th, with booth number A1.45 and outdoor booth number FM711/4.
"My Brokk is the next step in Brokk's digital journey," said Martin Krupicka, CEO of Brokk Group. "In addition to efficient equipment, customers need efficient access to information and services to run their business and optimize their Brokk robots or fleets. My Brokk provides this and will continue to develop through new services.
Through My Brokk, Brokk owners can access equipment manuals, technical data, CE marks and charts online for the first time. This information can be obtained through My Brokk's document module, so that customers can find and download accurate and up-to-date materials at any time. This document applies to all current Brokk models and accessories, as well as old models.
The online store also provides online purchase for the first time, providing faster order processing and shorter delivery time. Users can view and order a full range of original Brokk spare parts and accessories, such as additional hydraulic hammer. Users can easily find the correct parts of the robot and check the prices listed in local currency. The online store also includes parts of the old Brokk model.
Brokk Connect is also evolving, providing real-time updates on machine running time, upcoming maintenance requirements and machine location. In addition to mobile network connection, Wi-Fi is new and optional. If the robot loses its connection with the mobile network, the offline mode will be activated. Offline mode saves machine data for uploading to the mobile network when the connection is re-established.
