There is a LH409E(TORO400E) in Meishan Mining Co., Ltd., which has been stuck in the job for more than 20 years. According to statistics, this equipment is still running well at present, with an average annual output of 500,000 tons at a distance of 100-120 meters, which serves as a reference standard for the efficiency of underground iron ore mining in China.

Box boom

It has the best strength-to-weight ratio. The contact area between the boom and the pin shaft is increased, and the load capacity is large, and it can bear the load impact in all directions. The stress concentration is eliminated by using the shape of the boom, the bucket torque is shorter when it is fully loaded, the working mechanism is more reasonable and the shovel force is greater. At the same time, the boom with shovel can increase the pressure of the front axle, thus preventing the front wheel from slipping, greatly saving tires and reducing tire consumption by more than 30%.

Deep v-bucket

Quickly shovel and fill a bucket, effectively deal with large rocks; Reduce fuel consumption, reduce tire consumption and reduce maintenance costs.

Central hinge point

The adjustable spherical bearing is adopted, and the hinge pin and the pin shaft of the machine body always keep a good fit clearance, which makes the scraper run smoothly and the front and rear frames and the pin shaft have a very long life.

Brake

The driving brake is spring braking of each wheel rim, and the wet multi-disc brake is released by hydraulic pressure. The front and rear axles adopt two sets of independent oil circuits. The service brake has both emergency braking and parking braking functions. The electric pump releases the brake and ABA automatically brakes.

Z-link mechanism

Changed the output direction of the bucket-closing action. When the bucket is closed, the tipping bucket cylinder feeds oil from the rodless cavity, so that the acting area is larger, the force is reasonable, the shovel force is increased, the load is reduced, and the service life of the parts is greatly prolonged.

Optimized body structure

Effectively control the stress concentration point of the frame, optimize the thickness of the material and reduce the overall weight. The whole frame is welded and formed at one time, which has high positioning accuracy and eliminates internal stress, so the frame is very strong.
