DS2710 anchor trolley, safe and efficient anchoring technology.

In the previous push, we once introduced a drilling equipment-anchor trolley, which plays a supporting role in hard rock roadway. Today, we will continue to introduce the excellent performance of this equipment in the actual operation in China.

Anchor trolley is also called anchor trolley in some places, which has outstanding advantages in improving support effect, reducing support cost, speeding up roadway formation, reducing auxiliary transportation volume, reducing labor intensity and improving the utilization rate of roadway section. In 2015, sandvik launched a brand-new sandvik 2700 series underground drilling rig, including a DS2710 anchor drilling rig. This equipment is specially used for underground hard rock mining which requires high performance and high reliability, and is suitable for 2.7x2.7 roadway. It has excellent cost performance, provides all-round parts and service support, and enables customers to realize real peace of mind mining. Before the new product was unveiled, this equipment was tested in China Kailin Phosphate Mine.

The characteristic of phosphate rock is that the roof is unstable, which requires a large number of anchor trolley to support the roof. We all know that the most important basis to measure the efficiency of the anchor trolley is the speed of anchoring. The faster the speed, the more anchoring, and the higher the safety of the roadway roof.

In this test, the slotted anchor rod with a diameter of 39mm, a length of 1.9m and a square plate size of 150x150mm was selected for phosphorus opening, and a hanging net was equipped with 5 anchors, with a total of 1012 anchors installed, with a maximum anchoring capacity of 100 per shift. After testing for half a year, the results show that the performance of sandvik DS2710 anchor trolley is 15% higher than that of competitors!

After the test, the evaluation of sandvik anchor trolley by phosphorus users is: "DS2710 anchor trolley with a width of 1.6 meters is more flexible, and its working performance is close to DS 310 and 311".

In addition, the anchoring work cycle is safely completed by a single person, and various specifications and common types of anchors can be installed. The guiding principle of research and development of such equipment is to maximize operational safety and create a safe working environment. DS2710 adopts double-push beam operation to ensure the short average cycle time of each anchor rod, and the compact fuselage design makes the equipment more flexible to operate and can realize a larger anchorage range.
