Two years ago, Luohe Mining Industry of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. encountered a thorny problem, and the oil in Yitai Tevik CH870 was seriously polluted. As we all know, once the oil is polluted, it will inevitably cause a series of problems: the high temperature inside the equipment will burn out large pieces such as copper sleeves; Early wear of oil pump, valve and other original devices; It may also cause the early wear and damage of high-precision wear parts inside the crushing equipment, and then the equipment can not be started and stopped production, and the company's production suffers losses.

Face challenges


Sandvik crushing and screening team actively communicated with customers, and our service engineers found out the following problems:


CH870 fine crushing equipment was the main cause of serious oil pollution. At that time, a brand of low viscosity lubricating oil was used. The main way of pollution is that dust enters the lubrication system through the gap between the dustproof cylinder and the dustproof sealing ring.


CH870 is finely divided at the rear end of the discharge belt. Due to the piston effect in the belt gallery, the dust generated in the crushing process is mainly concentrated in the finely divided position.


During the use of the equipment, the dust scraper installed at the lower part of the spindle is seriously missing, which can not remove the dust accumulated on the dustproof cylinder. When the spindle moves up and down, it is easy to bring the dust into the crushing equipment to form pollution.


At present, the user's dust removal system has poor efficiency, which can't remove a large amount of dust generated in the crushing process, and the working capacity of the positive pressure dust prevention system is limited. When the pressure of dust in the belt gallery exceeds the working pressure of the positive pressure dust prevention system, the phenomenon of dust pouring back into the crushing equipment may occur.


Reconstruction scheme


In view of these problems, we provide customers with the transformation scheme of positive pressure dustproof system. Firstly, the key indexes such as humidity, cleanliness and pressure of compressed air are effectively controlled, and then the compressed air is input into the dust-proof cylinder with special structure through a special delivery pipeline, so as to achieve the effect of positive pressure dust prevention in the equipment. Due to the special arrangement of pipelines and the improvement of the structure of the dustproof cylinder, the oil path and gas path inside the equipment are completely isolated, and users can adjust the gas supply pressure of the positive pressure dustproof system according to the actual situation on site, thus completely eliminating the phenomenon of oil splashing and oil return blockage caused by excessive pressure in the positive pressure system.
