Luohe Iron Mine held the first robot skill competition

       Recently, the first multi-functional robot skill competition was held in Luohe Iron Mine, aiming at learning and using this new type of underground multi-functional robot well, improving the theoretical level and operation skills of post operators and giving full play to the efficiency of the new equipment.

     Since the beginning of this year, the company has made every effort to promote the construction of smart mines, speeding up the pace of "mechanized substitution of people and automatic reduction of people". After the successful operation of the relay locomotive, a new type of equipment, BROKK multifunctional robot, was introduced underground and put into the mining production process.

       At the competition site, the participating employees answered the questions carefully in theory, checked the equipment carefully, operated the remote control accurately, and the robot ran like an armband, and the large pieces were broken quickly in a "beep" sound. Through the centralized operation, mutual observation and exchange of learning, everyone said that they had a deeper understanding of the equipment performance and their operation level was further improved.

       Since the robot was put into use, it has played an important role in handling large ore and checking the roof board, and the working efficiency has been greatly improved. At the same time, the safety of remote operation has also been effectively guaranteed.
